Withdrawal and refunds
This page outlines consumer principles. This website has no checkout or payment. Final commercial terms must be provided before a contract is agreed.
Company and hosting details, retention periods and consumer sales terms are not yet fully confirmed. Have these pages reviewed by a qualified French legal professional before final launch.
Distance contracts with consumers
As a general rule, consumers have 14 days from a distance service contract’s conclusion to withdraw without giving reasons. Statutory exceptions may apply depending on the service and the express agreements obtained before performance.
If a service starts during that period at the consumer’s express request, a proportionate amount for services already provided may be payable where the statutory conditions and pre-contract information are met. Fully performed services and digital content supplied without a physical medium have specific statutory exceptions and conditions.
How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous notice to front@ask-innovation.com before the deadline with your name, contract reference and date, and a clear statement of withdrawal. For example: “I withdraw from the contract for [service], agreed on [date], name [name], address [address], date [date].”
Amounts due after a valid withdrawal are refunded according to applicable French consumer law, normally within 14 days of notice. Specific payment and refund methods must be stated in the sales terms before purchase.
Cancellations, issues and other refunds
Subscription cancellation, service outages and other refunds depend on the applicable contract and mandatory legal rights. Nothing on this page removes statutory consumer remedies.
Before consumer sales begin, the company must disclose the competent consumer mediator: To be completed before publication.
Business customers
For business customers, cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable agreement, subject to any mandatory legal provisions. This page does not impose a blanket “all sales final” rule.
