This document describes the marketing website. Client voice and messaging deployments require separate contractual privacy information.
Company and hosting details, retention periods and consumer sales terms are not yet fully confirmed. Have these pages reviewed by a qualified French legal professional before final launch.

Data handled by this website
- Contact form: name, email address and message. The company name is no longer requested; older inquiries may still contain it until a retention period is set.
- Specialty finder: a generic profession or sector. Do not provide names, contact details, health data or other personal information. The submitted label and generated page may be publicly displayed and retained for reuse.
- Admin area: authorized users’ login information, roles and security sessions.
- Technical logs: hosting providers may process IP addresses, timestamps and requested URLs to operate and protect the site; actual settings must be verified.
Purposes and legal bases
Quote and demo requests are handled to take steps at your request before a contract. Other enquiries may be handled on the legitimate interest in responding to messages, subject to legal review. The contact form does not enrol anyone in marketing.
The specialty finder uses a sector name to show a relevant page and reuse it rather than make repeat AI requests. The form explains that submitted terms may be sent to the AI provider and published. The legal basis and handling of any unexpected personal information must be validated before launch.
Admin authentication and logging support access management and site security.
Recipients and international transfers
Authorized Ask Innovation staff and necessary technical providers may access relevant data. Generation requests are sent to the configured AI model provider; its exact legal entity, processing region and any transfer outside the EEA must be confirmed and documented.
The Microsoft Outlook booking link is opened only when clicked and is not embedded or loaded on the page. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Retention
Contact requests: To be completed before publication after the enquiry is closed, subject to legal duties or disputes. No final period can be stated until the company decides.
Generic specialty pages are retained for reuse. If a label unexpectedly contains personal data, contact us for review or removal. Hosting logs and admin account retention must be confirmed with the relevant providers.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and exercise other GDPR rights by emailing front@ask-innovation.com. You may complain to the French regulator CNIL (cnil.fr).
This marketing website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
Voice and messaging products
Call recordings, transcripts and messages handled in customer deployments are not collected by this marketing site. The controller, lawful basis, retention, processors and notices must be defined for each deployment. Call participants should be informed of recording when the call begins.
